Micah serves as the Director of Operations for Get Dynamics. Prior to stepping in to lead Get, he was a Functional Manager and Front End Developer at Bank of America’s Plano tech headquarters. He worked at both managing a team of developers as well as using JavaScript to develop the bofa.com website. His background in web development and user experience helps him better understand his client’s and create the solutions that serve them best.
Before learning software development, he was formerly trained in Construction Management where he project managed several large projects simultaneously. His love of understanding how things fit together has served him well throughout both career developments.
